Business challenge:

Medical teams at different states of research planning needed to conduct Ad Boards for strategic guidance. To bring in a variety of experts across disciplines and geographies made coordination difficult and expensive, but the meetings were deemed critical. Due to the sensitive nature of engaging external HCPs, the Medical teams needed a reliable solution to decrease risk to the meetings.

Results:

Client deployed a series of Ad Boards using virtual delivery with Intempio. Groups were able to both meet and discuss topics in multi-part and multi-day sessions while structured and qualitative data. Sessions run issue-free with strong positive feedback from external HCPs.
