As the founder of RVIBE and Intempio, and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years in business ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 institutions and a PhD in Music, Braydon is a seasoned business operator with a serious creative bent. Over the course of his diverse career, he has developed and brought to market innovative products, created lean, focused operational teams, increased company valuation, and even written a symphony or two.
Braydon ensures delivery across a wide variety of business goals while maintaining market access and profitability. But it’s more than just operations, it’s about determining market need, and creative product definition, while driving sales and creating sustainable value for our customers. Of course, it’s always ultimately about making sure all benefit from our efforts.

Andy Gallas has over 15 years of Audio/Video (A/V) and Webcast experience within fast-paced and high-pressured environments. His talent and work ethic earned him positions producing for infamous celebrity performing artists, as well as bringing concert series to live virtually. Due to his incredible attention to detail, unparalleled commitment to event success, and in depth knowledge of the industry, Andy leads high-performing, highly successful teams of technicians supporting our clients.
Amrish Macedo is focused on defining and delivering services for Intempio. He is an entrepreneur and former turn around executive. Equipped with computer science and business degrees, Amrish started his career with software companies, selling predictive modeling solutions to enterprise clients. He has managed up to 250 people, run IT delivery as well as operations delivery in organizations. He has experience in health, pharmaceuticals, finance and energy.
Rick is a deeply experienced practitioner in Business Process Outsourcing and Governance who has worked in the outsourcing industry since the late 90s across geographies, industries and business processes from small projects to $1Bn full division outsourcing. He is a lead Public and Private Master Class instructor for the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals.
Rick enjoys sharing his life lessons with organizations, particularly start-ups, and volunteering to raise awareness of Parkinson’s Disease and to help those with the disease and their care partners achieve greater control over their quality of life.
Mark has over 20 years of experience in digital and analytics, leading both large and start-up digital organizations. In 2016, Mark was named “Innovator of the Year” by SmartCEO/Marcum for his work in AI and analytics. Most recently, he served as VP of Analytics Innovation at Anexinet after the firm acquired ListenLogic, a leading social media analytics firm which Mark co-founded and was President. Prior to ListenLogic, Mark was a principal at Mediagistics, a search arbitrage company and prior thereto he was Vice President of New Products at Move, Inc. (realtor.com, rent.net, welcome wagon) and a Financial Analyst at BT Alex Brown in the real estate investment banking group.
Mark holds a BA degree in Economics from University of Rochester and completed his studies at the Wharton School.
