The Event designer uses intempio  best practices to help customers develop a meeting or program that engages participants and achieves their business goals.  From a program of hundreds of planned HCPs meetings, to a single executive strategy session, the Event designer brings a business centric, creative planning mindset to every interaction. 

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Work with client to clarify business goals and stimulate their thinking about possible engagement options for meetings

2. Educate clients on intempio processes and event requirements and gather event requirements for the events team

3. Develop quotes for services based on event design and review quotes with clients


Event production 

Supporting customer events 24×7 with the most appropriate, technology solutions.

Remote virtual production technician


A Remote Virtual Production Technician manages live online virtual learning sessions, the
equipment used to stream the session and the remote users participating in the session. The
Producer abstracts the technology (virtual classroom software and audio/video equipment) from
the Trainer and resolves any technical issues with remote users so the Trainer can spend 100%
of his or her time instructing remote users. A Producer ensures a glitch-free, high quality live
online learning experience for remote users.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage virtual classroom meeting sessions (Adobe Connect, Zoom, etc.)

2. Admit remote users into the session and configure their audio and video rights

3. Proactively resolve remote users’ audio, video and networking issues

4. Proactively keep remote users informed about meeting specifics (e.g. break length,
meeting start time, etc.) using a note pod

5. Configure breakout rooms and place remote users in breakout rooms

6. Proactively take meeting notes, review open issues with the Trainer, and resolve them

7. Always maintain a customer-centric approach to every meeting

8. Create After Action Report post event

Customer service and ops

Ensuring consistent delivery, happy customers and a productive company.

Customer service level 1

Attend virtual sessions with production staff and clients to assist with meeting notes, and administrateive tasks.  Ensure timely follow up with client requests and needs and be an interface with customers for inbound requests.
